 300MW onsite natural gas-fired power with additional dual-fed power from the public utility. Over 100 acres for new data center development with expansion option for additional 100-200 acres. Public water & fiber onsite. COD 2029

Planned CCGT 500MW (2030/2031) with bridge power of 200MW (2027) available for direct power for new data center development with adjacent properties between 200-600acres. 

• Dallas, TX (surrounding areas): 6 sites with 50MW power each 
• NE Pennsylvania: 500MW gas fired power with up to 1GW of power from public utility
• Central PA: 200-5000MW of onsite gas-fired power with 400acrs for new data center development
